Due to the school holidays and students (scouts) only receiving the news later than expected, Hogwarts has extended the cut-off date for enrolments – All enrolments must be received by Friday 13th May 2016.
In simple terms, we have extended the registration deadline to assist troops. This over-rides any dates set out in the Information packs, E1s, Website and EMS (see below):
- Registrations now open!
- Early Bird Registration Cut off ($5 late fee begins) – Friday 13th May 2016*
- Late Registrations Close – Wednesday 18th May 2016
* Due to the extended deadline, and short time period to process all registrations, ANY registration/paperwork received after Friday 13th May 2016 will incur a $5/person late fee. A complete registration includes all E1s signed and posted to our PO box, an EMS registration and all finances received (EFT recommended).
