WWG South IV - 2012
26-27th May 2012. "SCOUTWRECKED" - Ships, Cannon & a Dead Man’s Chest*
WWG South will be held at Potato Point. The site is in the northern end of Eurobodalla National Park - just south (~ 1 km) of Potato Point village. See Map
To reach Potato Point turn east off the Princes Highway on the southern side of Bodalla township and follow the road for about 8 km to reach the Potato Point Rural Fire Service hall where we will assemble (on the left with plenty of parking).
To enter your troop in the event, we require the following by the Friday 11th May 2012:
- A completed version of the Activity Notification Form containing details of your troop's entry.
- A signed Activity Notification Form for each member attending (obtained below).
- An entry fee of $15.00 per Scout/Venturer, $10.00 per Rover/Leader attending.
- A completed WWG South IV Group Application Form, emailed to admin@widegame.com.au as well as a printed copy with A1 forms.
Late entries will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but will probably incur a late fee of $5.00 per person.

Venturers MUST have a responsible leader present during the game and at night. This does not need to be your leader, however someone nominated and accepted responsibility for your unit.
Leaders should read the Leader's Information form and Scouts (PL's especially) should read the Scout Information form. These, and all other required forms can be downloaded from the links below.

| Catering Information: | $27 Friday Night through to Sunday Lunch Please note, Saturday Lunches (cold meat + salad sandwiches) are to be made and taken with you onto the site. We suggest you bring a lunchbox for this meal and a drink bottle for use throughout the game. There will be 2 serving points - one at the RFS Hall, the other at the Scout Camp site. This is due to supervision reasons. More details provided at the game. There have been issues in the past where people have been off-site while dinner is served, and seconds has been called during this period. Please make sure you are at your serving point at the time stated.
